Essays explain the system. Tools let you run the numbers. These calculators and simulators are beta models -- explicitly so. The beta status is a feature: you can see the framework developing, and every assumption is visible and adjustable.

About these tools: These are beta models exploring different ways to implement quality-based rent alignment. They are not final law and do not replace formal assessment. Both calculators remain live because each reveals useful tradeoffs in how a public rent anchor could work -- one emphasises speed and simplicity; the other emphasises scoring detail, transparency, and certificate-style output.
